• Design distributed, stateless, and scalable systems that are resilient to failure and aligned with long‑term business and technical strategy • Actively contribute to the codebase, prototype, implement, and review critical features • Lead by example through high-quality, pragmatic, and scalable code • Leverage asynchronous architectures and message-driven patterns using technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or pub/sub to improve latency, responsiveness, and decoupling of services • Define and implement patterns for data consistency (eventual or strong), message ordering, and reliable state transitions across services and storage layers • Mentor engineers across teams, level up engineering capabilities, and help embed a culture of technical excellence and ownership • Promote best practices in testing, observability, continuous integration, and secure software development • Actively reduce technical debt and drive modernization strategies that improve system agility, performance, and reliability • Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product, and Infrastructure to influence roadmaps and shape a pragmatic, scalable architecture vision

• Design and build API-first backend services in .NET 6–8, aligned to the canonical data model • Build and maintain modern UIs in React and/or Angular, consuming shared platform APIs • Integrate with external systems via REST, EDI, and iPaaS/orchestration layers (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, or equivalent) • Implement and consume agentic features using LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) • Write and maintain CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps; manage deployments with feature flags for safe releases • Participate in on-call rotation for BAU support on the live TC.Net platform • Conduct thorough code reviews and uphold quality bar across the team • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation

• Develop and maintain Clerkie Fiber, our flagship B2B CRM, collaborating closely with backend, frontend, product, and design teams • Work across the full tech stack, from frontend interfaces (Next.js, Tailwind CSS) to backend services (Node.js, AWS, MongoDB) • Build robust and scalable APIs to support our platform’s growing user base • Optimize performance and ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience • Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code with a strong emphasis on scalability and security • Contribute to system architecture decisions, helping shape the future of Clerkie’s technology
