Job Requirements
- A valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
- Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
- Strong technological skills and a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret triage tools and information
- Ability to work every other weekend and major U.S. holiday rotation
- Must have a private space at home for patient privacy
- Access to high-speed internet (no satellite) within primary residence

This position is responsible for providing support, as well as developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with contracted providers.
