Purchasing Administrator
Elia
• Responsible for the internal processing of purchase requests, ensuring compliance with company policies. • Maintaining accurate records of expenditures. • Communicate with internal departments to consult and advise on purchases. • Verify accuracy and completeness of purchase requests. • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures. • Provide feedback and guidance to families regarding purchase requests. • Address discrepancies related to purchasing requests and expenditures. • Research student learning plans to ensure purchases are aligned with objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience making independent decisions and demonstrating discretion interpreting data, managing records, or maintaining databases.
- Experience working in a purchasing or procurement department is preferred.
- Must have a dedicated workspace free from distractions with consistent and reliable high-speed internet access.
- Operational knowledge of the Internet and Web-related technologies.
