Location: Lincoln, NE or San Francisco, CA or Remote Job Description: Forward Deployed Engineer TELCOR Inc, a leading innovator in laboratory software, is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our TELCOR AI Systems team! TELCOR's headquarters is in Lincoln, NE and we also have an office in San Francisco, CA; this position can also be remote. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of high-impact projects by conceiving, prototyping, and deploying generative AI solutions that solve real-world problems across the TELCOR customer ecosystem. This role will be embedded with customers and internal teams to help understand real operational pain points, then building and deploying solutions in our AI workflow platform that solve them. Role Description As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for a Customer Engineer to join our team and drive post-sales success. This role will focus on customer adoption, technical enablement, value realization, and long-term retention. The Customer Engineer will act as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customers fully integrate and maximize the value of the Equixly platform within their ecosystem. - Lead the post-sales technical relationship with customers, acting as their primary technical point of contact. - Drive onboarding activities, including technical setup, integration support, and configuration guidance. - Ensure successful platform adoption by aligning Equixly’s capabilities with the customer’s architecture and security objectives. - Support customers in integrating the platform into complex IT environments (on-premise, cloud, hybrid). - Monitor platform usage, outcomes, and value realization, proactively identifying optimization opportunities. - Deliver technical training, workshops, and enablement sessions to customer teams. - Provide ongoing technical support in collaboration with Product and Software Engineering teams. - Identify expansion opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns, partnering closely with the Sales team. - Collect structured customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and roadmap discussions. - Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge base development.
