• Independently design, build, and deploy new features and products from start to finish. • Maintain and optimize existing Ruby on Rails web applications and backend services/APIs. • Continuously work on bettering the existing system architecture, ensuring code quality, and optimizing website performance. • Partner closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver seamless, user-centric features. • Implement secure and reliable third-party integrations, specifically focusing on payment gateways. • Write and maintain comprehensive automated tests (both frontend and backend) to ensure long-term stability. • Efficiently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system bugs.

• Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and RESTful APIs • Build and consume web services; integrate with SQL databases and third-party systems • Write unit tests and support code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and release activities • Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance and reliability improvements • Participate in sprint planning, standups, and technical design discussions • Document technical designs and deployment steps for maintainability

• Support the migration of legacy systems and the modernization of APIs in alignment with ITGC standards. • Play a key part in evolving integrations with new enterprise platforms. • Ensure the development of secure, scalable, and audit-ready data pipelines. • Lead efforts to migrate existing systems to integrate directly with a new solution. • Modernize the commissions API through a tokenized and reportable architecture. • Ensure data is transferred accurately and securely to support audit readiness. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. • Participate in architectural discussions. • Provide development support for both new and existing applications.
