Database Engineer
Meduit | Driving Revenue Cycle Performance
• Design and evolve MySQL schemas to support scalable, multi-tenant architectures • Define and enforce database design standards including indexing, partitioning, and performance optimization • Optimize complex SQL queries and resolve systemic database performance issues • Implement and automate database change management, schema deployments, and migrations • Maintain replication, failover, and disaster recovery processes to ensure high availability • Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure data integrity • Support cross-platform environments including MSSQL and Snowflake integrations • Collaborate with engineering and BI teams to align data structures with reporting and analytics needs • Work within Jira workflows and use GitHub for version control and documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with relational databases
- Strong experience with MySQL design, performance tuning, and optimization
- Experience supporting large-scale or multi-terabyte database environments
- Strong SQL skills with a focus on query performance and optimization
- Experience with replication, high availability, and disaster recovery
- Experience with automation and Git-based workflows

Senior Mobile Engineer Cross-Platform

Role Description We are hiring a Senior Mobile Engineer to own and evolve the Grove patient-facing mobile application. The app is currently in active development and your immediate job is to absorb the existing codebase, establish architecture standards, and take ownership of the mobile layer as a domain authority. This is a cross-platform role. We are building for iOS and Android from a shared codebase. The candidate must be fluent in React Native or Flutter and comfortable operating as the sole internal mobile authority in close collaboration with an offshore development team.
