Senior Artificial Intelligence Security Engineer
Universal Music Group, Inc.
• Lead the enterprise AI Security program, defining policies, standards, and best practices. • Adopt and operationalize tools that provide visibility and control over AI access and behaviors. • Defend against prompt injection, jailbreaking, and indirect prompt injection. • Advise on methods to filter and guardrail models to prevent the generation of toxic or restricted content. • Implement methods to reduce the risk of data loss through AI. • Introduce AI security control points into the CI/CD pipeline, including securing internal codebases and the use of third-party dependencies. • Assist in the formation of the AI Center of Excellence. • Assess, build, configure and deploy solutions to detect and react to anomalous model behavior. • Provide insight into how best to position security operations to detect and respond to AI-specific breaches. • Contribute to general security architecture and engineering duties undertaken by DTM team. • Oversee data quality, metadata management, and issue remediation functions to improve data integrity and trust. • Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments relating to data management, protection, and quality. • Provide strategic leadership on data-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring governance is built into system modernization, cloud adoption, and digital initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security
- Strong command of security and security architecture concepts
- Deep understanding of AI and relevance to security
- Relevant certifications a plus
- AI/ML Frameworks and Services: Such as LangChain, PyTorch, and AWS Bedrock / SageMaker, Google Vertex AI
- AI Security Frameworks and Related: NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, Google SAIF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications
- Security Tools: DSPM, SAST, SCA, DAST, SSPM, NHI Security, etc.
- Development: Python, and general AI development work
- Cloud Security: AWS, GCP

Senior Cybersecurity Alerting Strategy Manager

• Work alongside the AI and R&D teams to develop, train and finetune AI alerting models for a broad range of cybersecurity use cases. • Drive the incorporation of new data feeds into the Dataminr alerting platform to continually enrich Dataminr’s cybersecurity alerting. • Assist and inform cybersecurity alerting processes and operations, including identifying emerging threats and refining understanding of existing ones. • Identify new opportunities for cybersecurity alerting actions and implement them while working with cross-functional teams. • Apply knowledge of threat, vulnerability and exploitation trends to continually strengthen Dataminr's AI detection and contextualization capabilities.
• Review and understand common frameworks such as: NIST CSF, NIST 800-53 series, HIPAA, CJIS, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-171 • Assist in applying frameworks to a real organization or system. • Capture documentation for meeting the requirements of a framework or certification • Assist with preparing an organization to align with 1 or more common cybersecurity frameworks. • Create slide shows to communicate information to customers in written format. • Help generate reports on customer's alignment with common frameworks. • Depending on the individual's skill set, there may be some system administration and programming tasks available.
