• Managing the full lifecycle of analytics and dashboard deliverables, from requirements gathering through development, validation, documentation, and ongoing maintenance • Partnering with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document reporting requirements in a consultative manner • Designing and managing data models within Qlik, including understanding how tables relate, join keys, and the impact of data structure on output accuracy • Identifying and documenting data sources, joins, transformations, and the logic behind key calculations for each deliverable • Validating source data quality and structure before building • Maintaining centralized documentation covering requirements, data lineage, business rules, access, and update history • Performing quality assurance to confirm that report outputs align with documented requirements and business expectations • Providing proactive status updates on active work and maintaining a current view of the overall analytics portfolio • Collaborating with data engineers, process owners, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve data quality and delivery issues

Role Description - Extensive experience with the MS SQL Server suite - SQL, SSIS, and Power BI. - Advanced SQL expertise: Strong skills in scripting complex business logic using T-SQL. - SSIS development: Demonstrated track record in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance SSIS packages. - ETL/ELT architecture: Proven skills in building and managing robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric. - Data modelling: Proficient in designing high-performance relational and non-relational schema models. Experience with data normalisation, dimensional modelling, and NoSQL schema design. - Analytics and data warehousing: Prior involvement in data analytics, data warehousing projects; and experience in delivering interactive Power BI dashboards. - Autonomous delivery: Ability to deliver results as an independent contributor, with minimal supervision. - Stakeholder management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with business executives. - Data Governance: Practical experience implementing strict data governance measures—encryption, masking, and implementing data security techniques, including Row-Level and Column-Level Security (RLS/CLS). Qualifications - Experience developing complex data transformation workloads using Python and PySpark. - Exposure to management of SQL Server (2019+), Azure SQL, Azure Virtual Machines, and other Azure Services. - Experience in deploying/integrating GPT models via Azure AI Foundry/Cognitive Services. - Familiarity with Salesforce, Jitterbit, CData, Dbamp.
