Senior Product Designer – Cash Out

ASAAS

• Master UX and UI methodologies and best practices, applying them to digital financial journeys; • Lead discovery with customers, mapping the complete bill payment journey; • Work across all stages of product conception, from research and hypotheses to prototyping and handoff to Engineering, actively co-creating with the team; • Create design solutions that provide a clear and understandable experience for our customers on Web and Mobile App; • Use validation methods for deliverables through usability testing and proofs of concept; • Use metrics to support product decisions; • Ensure high-quality delivery by carefully documenting flows, interface component patterns, and business rules; • Collaborate and negotiate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver the requested features and requirements, managing different stakeholder perspectives.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in the fintech/payments market, with practical knowledge of the specifics of digital payment journeys (such as Pix flows, boleto settlement, DDA, TED/DOC and Cash Out);
  • Experience in product design for Mobile App and Web, with strong command of the usability specifics, interface patterns and navigation of each platform;
  • Solid experience building user journeys, supported by customer research and hypothesis validation;
  • Proficiency in scalable design methods, such as style guides and Design Systems;
  • Hands-on experience using structured Design Systems, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards, with the maturity to suggest improvements in partnership with the design library team;
  • Clear, objective and assertive communication to argue and build consensus with PMs, Engineering and executive-level stakeholders;
  • Experience in rapid prototyping and developing interactive prototypes;
  • Strong attention to complex business rules during solution design;
  • Mastery of UX research methods and their respective deliverables;
  • Experience conducting benchmarking and market research to support design decisions;
  • Practice using adoption, usage and satisfaction metrics as inputs to guide product solutions;
  • Knowledge of product management processes.
