(CTMS: OnCore Clinical Trials Management System) WORK SCHEDULE: 100% FTE – 40 hours per week, Day Shift – UW MEDICINE ITS SERVICES CORE HOURS ARE 08:00 – 17:00 (PST), Monday-Friday Position Highlights - 100% remote opportunity - 15 days of vacation your first year - 12 days of sick time - 1 personal holiday - 11 paid holidays each year - 100% matching, 100% immediately vesting 403(b) Primary Job Responsibilities - Providing immediate response to basic to intermediate level data-related questions, ad-hoc Tableau and SQL reports, and developing and/or updating business logic reports - Maintaining continuity of data, delivery, and connections - Facilitating timely changes on preexisting logic to provide more immediate availability - Investigating basic to intermediate level data connection issues, prioritizing, and resolving via defined service level agreements - Aligning with larger program office process to deliver services and communicating CTMS Program Office priorities to RIT leadership - Performing tier 1 and lower-end tier 2 support tickets - Participating in Program Office process meetings to fully understand context when working under the advisement of and being mentored by senior analysts Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education/experience - 2+ years’ of recent healthcare or IT experience must include the below: - 2+ year(s) of experience with end user support in an IT domain - 1+ year(s) of experience with application/system configuration and implementation of clinical information systems (and/or healthcare applications) - Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server database programming, including complex query optimization and performance tuning - Demonstrated experience with formal software engineering practices (e.g. source code version control, validation, deployment, maintaining Microsoft-based applications, etc.) - Basic object-oriented programming skills using an integrated development environment like Visual Studio .NET - Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering and analysis, including direct work with end users or customers - Basic understanding of database design - Demonstrated problem solving and debugging skills - Foundational experience working with multiple APIs - Foundational experience juggling multiple system instances/environments (i.e. test, training, development, and production) - Foundational experience assisting team members and sharing knowledge, with exposure to mentoring others - Familiarity with database structures, data definitions, and data relationships - Recent experience with formal project management methods - Foundational experience supporting small scale enterprise customers, both internal and external - Basic understanding of enterprise change control processes Benefits - For information about benefits for this position, visit here . • Sourcing, transforming, validating, and analyzing data to support performance reporting, operational analytics, and regulatory needs • Extracting data from core systems, including claims, enrollment, provider, utilization management, call center, and financial systems • Developing and maintaining SQL queries, views, and data models to support reporting and analytics needs • Performing data transformations, joins, and aggregations to create analysis-ready datasets • Supporting data ingestion and integration across multiple source systems • Performing data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Investigating and resolving data anomalies in collaboration with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders • Documenting data sources, logic, and transformation rules • Conducting exploratory and ad-hoc analysis to answer operational and business questions • Supporting root cause analysis and investigative work requested by performance and operations teams • Identifying data trends, anomalies, and patterns that may impact operational performance • Delivering validated datasets and analytical outputs to Senior Performance Reporting Analysts and reporting teams • Supporting the development of dashboards and reports by ensuring that underlying data is accurate and performant • Assisting with performance metric calculations as defined by reporting governance • Collaborating with data engineering and IT teams on data warehouse, data mart, and reporting layer enhancements • Supporting automation of data pipelines and recurring analytical processes • Participating in data governance, metadata management, and documentation initiatives

• Work with the Product Owner and User Experience (UX) Designer to design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful insights to various stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations and reports • Utilize your expertise in APIs across multiple platforms to seamlessly connect and extract data, ensuring accurate and timely data retrieval • Participate in the development of user stories, sprint planning, and test case development / execution within an agile project environment • Implement best practices for data modeling, ensuring efficient and effective data transformation and aggregation processes • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the availability and reliability of data sources and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Power BI and related technologies to continuously improve and optimize dashboard designs and functionalities

• Provide quantitative support throughout the Risk and Treasury divisions. • This will include the implementation, modeling, and validation of quantitative models including PD, LGD, ALM, CCAR, QRM, MRM and Economic Capital. • Provide ongoing support to the development and implementation of quantitative and statistical models. • Developing, maintaining, and back testing models to support respective LOBs. • Also will have responsibility for ad-hoc reporting requests for quantitative modeling.
