• Guide new T4 and T5 tier customers through the full MoeGo onboarding process from kickoff to go-live • Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and Q&A calls to drive early product adoption • Manage a portfolio of onboarding accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely milestones and customer satisfaction • Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to onboarding • Document customer configurations, progress, and outcomes in CRM and project management tools • Identify and escalate risks or blockers that may impact the customer experience • Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding playbooks, resources, and processes • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (onboarding, customer success, support, or similar)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Comfort with technology platforms and ability to learn new software quickly
  • A customer-first mindset with genuine enthusiasm for helping people succeed
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
  • Preferred: Experience working with SaaS platforms or in a tech startup environment
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Monday.com
  • Preferred: Background in the pet care, grooming, or service industry
  • Preferred: Experience working cross-functionally with sales or product teams

Role Description ISTA Personnel Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing US-based ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy company, who requires an Onboarding Coordinator to support a structured onboarding team that processes new therapist hires across multiple US states. As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for newly hired ABA therapists from the moment they accept their offer. Your job is to guide them through each step of the onboarding process, keep them moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It's a high-volume, detail-driven role that requires someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely good with people. PLEASE NOTE: - Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time, subject to daylight savings) - Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA) - Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Connections via Rain, LTE, 5G, or similar are not acceptable. Applicants without a fixed fibre line will not be considered. - Power Backup: A reliable backup solution is required to manage load shedding and outages (UPS, inverter, solar, etc.). Applicants without a reliable backup solution will not be considered. - Work Environment: Fully remote KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conducting onboarding meetings via Zoom or Teams with newly hired therapists. - Guiding candidates through each stage of the onboarding process and identifying what still needs to be completed. - Following up consistently to ensure candidates are progressing through their onboarding steps on time. - Managing candidate statuses on a shared board and ensuring no one is stuck at a stage for too long. - Completing and tracking tasks accurately within the company's systems (including ClickUp). - Flagging candidates who are not engaging or progressing and following the relevant protocols. - Coordinating with the staffing team once candidates reach the placement stage of onboarding. - Handling approximately 30 onboarding candidates per month per state, with team support during high-volume periods. Qualifications - Previous experience in an onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR admin role. - Experience working with ClickUp, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms is an advantage. - Familiarity with the ABA therapy space or a background in healthcare, disability, or mental health services is a plus. - Strong organisational skills and a task-oriented working style — you need to love ticking things off a list. - Excellent follow-up and communication skills — a large part of this role is keeping candidates moving and engaged. - Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with multiple candidates at various stages simultaneously. - Self-driven and able to identify what needs to be done without waiting to be told. Role Description The Client Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for facilitating communication and coordination among the Cross Country Locums (CC Locums) recruiter, the independent contractor healthcare provider (HCP), and the Locums client.
