• The Data Product Analyst serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, analytics teams, and data management groups. • This role combines strong data analysis capabilities with core business analysis skills to ensure that data is effectively leveraged to inform strategic decision making, improve processes, and influence solution design. • In addition to championing data stewardship, the Data Product Analyst plays a key role in eliciting requirements, documenting business processes, and facilitating alignment across technical and business teams.

• Support product analysis by gathering and organizing data related to product performance, pricing, and underwriting trends. • Assist with market research and help maintain competitive intelligence across insurance products and states. • Help prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings to team members and stakeholders. • Coordinate with actuarial and underwriting teams on updates to guidelines and pricing inputs. • Track regulatory updates and assist the team in keeping product documentation aligned with compliance standards. • Work within systems like Excel and SQL to run queries and manipulate data under guidance from senior analysts. • Contribute to cross-functional projects to support product development and enhancements.

Role Description Maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization. Coordinates software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Role Description As the Application Support- Senior Analyst, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Admin the implementation and ongoing support for inbound and outbound 834 and proprietary file formats on the Data Feed Management Team. - Install, maintain and troubleshoot a variety of data feeds including but not limited to eligibility and claims information being sent to and from Meritain Health on behalf of our clients. - Participate and contribute in the ongoing and constant evolution of processes and tools to improve delivery and efficiency of tasks assigned to the team. - Provide up to date status on Service Requests. Qualifications - 1-3 years of work experience in client implementations involving X12 transactions. - Basic understanding of HIPAA 834 transaction. - Adept at problem solving and decision making skills.
