Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

• Find innovative ways to complete sales while responding to varying questions, issues, and concerns. • Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries • Complete sales with customers while generating quotes, costs and overall coverage • Provide excellent customer service through all interactions while active listening • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively • Appropriately communicate with customers, exercising retention efforts if needed
Job Requirements
- Resident Property & Casualty Producer license required
- License must be active and within good standings
- Any non-resident lines currently or previously obtained must also be within good and active standings
- Sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- College degree preferred but not required.

• Support studio wholesale accounts with the Sr. Account Executive. • Drive revenue growth by managing order execution, sales reporting, and account operations. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure timely shipments. • Analyze selling trends to identify opportunities and strengthen brand presence in the territory. • Collaborate with Sr. Account Executive and Sales Manager to meet sales and shipping goals. • Submit Return Authorization, Damage Request, and Credit Memo’s for Specialty Team. • Work in Canva to create weekly email and marketing blasts. • Monitor market trends and identify future business opportunities and profitability. • Attend and prepare for showroom market appointments and trade shows.
