Procurement Manager

• Lead end-to-end global procurement initiatives, including market research, supplier identification, and defining internal service requirements. • Draft and manage PQQ/RFP documentation and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the procurement process. • Lead supplier negotiations and facilitate internal evaluation and final award decision-making. • Ensure effective handover to operations, including supplier onboarding, introductions, and training; work remotely with flexibility across time zones.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of complex, end-to-end procurement experience, ideally in the healthcare industry
  • Strong negotiation, supplier communication, and data analysis skills to support decision-making
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting)
  • Organized and self-directed, with strong project management skills and the ability to exercise sound professional judgment.
