Role Description Scopely is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our User Acquisition team in Canada on a remote basis! The User Acquisition team is focused on driving player growth and efficiency across various digital marketing channels. Our mission is to make experiences that our players love and keep coming back to time and time again. - Own Growth Systems: Own end-to-end UA performance across one or more titles, including budget allocation, marginal CAC targets, and profitability at scale. - Channel Strategy & Scaling: Define channel strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSP Networks, SDK Networks, CTV, and emerging platforms; identify scaling opportunities, saturation points, and performance constraints. - Creative System Leadership: Partner with Marketing to drive high-velocity creative testing, translating insights into repeatable creative strategies that improve performance. - Global Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and grow high-impact partnerships, ensuring contribution to incremental user growth. - Measurement & Forecasting: Own experimentation strategy and measurement frameworks, including A/B and multivariate testing, incrementality testing, and forecasting (LTV, payback, marginal CAC). - Cross-Functional Growth: Partner with product, ads, data, and creative teams, influencing decisions through UA insights and performance constraints. - Portfolio Risk Management: Identify risks across channels, creatives, and measurement (e.g., signal loss, fatigue, concentration) and adjust strategies to sustain growth. Qualifications - Education: BA/BS in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 4–7+ years in media buying, user acquisition, or performance marketing, with ownership of significant budgets and demonstrated impact on growth outcomes. - Analytical Mindset: Strong expertise in experimentation design, cohort analysis, and LTV forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable investment decisions. - Problem-Solving: Ability to operate at a systems level, evaluating tradeoffs and optimizing across multiple growth levers. - Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel/Sheets; experience with SQL, BI tools, or attribution platforms is a plus. - Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with strong ownership, proactively identifying opportunities and driving execution.
