IT Support Specialist – 1st & 2nd Level Support

• Responsibility for service-oriented customer support at the IT Service Desk, including incident management, service requests and escalation management • Handling 1st- and 2nd-level support requests via the ticketing system, phone and remote support in Microsoft and DATEV environments • Technical support for Microsoft 365, Windows, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, VPN, user and permissions management, and remote workstations • Coordination of complex IT incidents and service requests with internal specialist departments and 3rd-level support teams • Ensuring SLA-compliant ticket handling, IT documentation, knowledge management and continuous service quality • Participation in Managed Workplace & Endpoint Management and identification of optimization potential in IT service processes
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT support, service desk or customer service — ideally at a system integrator or in managed services
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office and user/permissions administration
- Experience in remote support using ticketing systems, e.g. ServiceNow
- Basic knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, MFA as well as networking and VPN topics
- Experience with DATEV or endpoint management is a plus
- Service-oriented communication and responsibility for sustainable solutions
- Independent and structured working style and interest in new technologies and IT service processes
- Confident communication in German
