Role Description This is a high-impact, full-funnel sales role for a pioneering technology firm that simulates manufacturing in space. We help large-scale enterprises—specifically in sectors like high-end manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and advanced materials—bring their "off-earth" innovations back to reality. By simulating zero-gravity conditions, our software allows companies to design and test new compounds and drugs without the high cost and trial-and-error of physical space flights. As an early member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building the sales motion from the ground up, moving from initial outbound testing to final closing. Qualifications - Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, specifically within SaaS, Deep Tech, Aerospace, or High-End Manufacturing. - Previous experience selling in space-tech, biotech, or scientific software environments is highly preferred. - Deep proficiency in HubSpot for pipeline and lead management. - You thrive in "zero-to-one" environments and enjoy the ambiguity of creating processes where none exist. Requirements - Identify, source, and engage prospective clients within complex enterprise sectors. - Experiment with various outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, niche forums) to identify and optimize the most effective conversion paths. - Translate high-level technical concepts—like microgravity simulation and molecular compound design—into tangible business ROI for non-technical enterprise stakeholders. - Lead discovery calls, present technical value propositions, and manage the entire negotiation and closing process. - Utilize existing templates and brochures to create bespoke sales materials and decks. - Host or participate in webinars and LinkedIn Live events to drive thought leadership and inbound interest (a strong "nice-to-have"). - Maintain high data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring all interactions, lead stages, and forecasts are accurately tracked. - Work hand-in-hand with leadership to iterate on product positioning based on real-world feedback from the front lines. Role Description - Achieve the sales target and the objectives assigned by the Area Manager/Sales Manager. - Introduce and sell new products and promotions according to the established objectives. - Implement Marketing and budget tools to retain and develop the customer portfolio. - Distribute advertising and promotional material using the best merchandising techniques. - Advise customers about the effective use of the Company’s products. - Proactively and constantly offer and provide support for customers’ business development, offering them the best tools and solutions in each case. - Promote customer assistance at events and meetings. - Achieve customer loyalty by making programmed visits, fulfilling orders and quickly and efficiently resolving all incidents and claims. - Carry out various administrative and planning tasks: - Process the orders obtained on a daily basis. - Submit a daily sales report. - Establish the daily routes with the support of the Area Manager/Sales Manager. - Prepare for the visits in advance, focusing on the assigned objectives. - Follow the procedures and rules established by the Company. - Be informed and keep Area Manager/Sales Manager informed about competitor activities & market demands. - Maintain a standard of excellence and quality in the work carried out.
