Qualifications - Doctoral degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, Management, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution is required. - Five or more years of experience in a data science field is required. - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. - Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages, verbally and in writing. - Demonstrated proficiency in English and Spanish with the ability to convey complex information clearly and accurately across diverse audiences. - Proficiency testing in both English and Spanish will be part of the application process to confirm language fluency levels required for the position. - Ability to translate and interpret information, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity in communication. - Experience supporting or engaging with Spanish-speaking students preferred. - Online college-level teaching experience is required. - Record of excellence in teaching.
