Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is hiring for an Experienced Staff Analyst to support our Space and Intelligence delivery team in El Segundo and other sites. This ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various to build relationships and support the needs of our teammates. Position Responsibilities: - Manages and provides reporting for staffing on the program, including the use of the Adaptive Planning tool. - Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized organizational information. - Provides data for management review and tracks execution of the plan to communicate status to all project participants. - Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or organizational materials to senior leaders. - Provides logistics and facilitation of personnel seating and moves between buildings. - Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational onboarding and training. This position is fully remote. The selected candidate will be required to work virtually and collaborate with the other staff analyst across the Space and intelligence portfolio. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Experience in using the MyLearning system. - Experience working closely with Facilities Operations, Purchase Orders, and/or classified work environment - Self-motivated problem-solver who is comfortable with dynamic, fast paced environments - Experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects - 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office software - 3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating reports - 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - Bachelors' Degree or higher - 3+ years of experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution - Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
