• Manage 3–5 small to medium-sized projects simultaneously from planning through execution and closure. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource forecasts. • Monitor project scope, risks, timelines, dependencies, and budgets. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery. • Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership. • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle. • Support change management, process improvement, and project governance initiatives. • Ensure alignment between Finance, IT, and operational teams. • Track project KPIs, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities. • Assist with training materials, documentation, reporting, and operational support when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
- Experience working on finance technology or ERP-related projects.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and finance processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing vendors and third-party providers.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Intermediate to advanced English level required.
- CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience with Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, or other ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, or regulated environments.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Exposure to Cloud ERP, Azure, Databricks, RPA, AI/ML, or automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Role Description SESI Corporate LLC is currently seeking a ERP Project Manager I to work remotely (Travel Required). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for implementing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) for both domestic and international users and customers. - Coordinate scheduling, facilities, and participant rosters for onsite workshops in collaboration with consultants and business users. - Manage calendar invites for the full project and business unit teams. - Lead workshops by following established agendas, documenting meeting minutes, identifying risks, and tracking action items to ensure timely resolution. - Responsible for Data Migration coordination. - Coordinate with SESI Project Board for change management philosophy, monitor meetings & workshops for change management risks and issues, and communicate timely to the project board. - Drive SESI team through session prep exercises and ensure readiness for onsite. - Schedule and drive teams throughout the testing sessions. - Conduct super user and end user Training. - Coordinate timing of environment updates/refreshes per environment strategy with project teams & tech leads. - Communicate planned outages by sending timely announcements to all impacted stakeholders. - Ensure SOX & internal audit documentation is in place for the project. - Manage, follow up and close out all project action items, decisions logs and sign-offs on time. - Carefully track scope creep & gold plating. - Assist the program manager in foreseeing any scheduling or budget overruns. - Engage in partnership with consulting program managers, build out detailed schedule by factoring in core team’s PTO and holiday calendar. - Track & Approve external resources hours and costs against the overall project. Qualifications - Five (5) years of experience in a related occupation performing each of the following: - Configuring and testing Dynamics AX or D365 F&O for a global company around Procurement, Inventory & Manufacturing modules. - Using waterfall and iterative project management methodologies. - Planning and execution of data conversion and integration processes as part of an ERP deployment. - Working with ERP systems and their underlying architecture including operational modules. - Requires 2 years of experience with full life cycle project management implementing D365 Finance & Operations in a multinational company.
