IT Project Manager

• Administer projects on a day-to-day basis, and verify that they produce the required deliverables of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost. • Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Coordinate internal resources, third parties and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in the project scope, schedule and costs. • Manage relationships with all stakeholders, establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors. • Report and escalate any issues to management as needed. • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, and measure project performance using the appropriate systems, tools and techniques. • Identify and assess risks and facilitate resolution to minimize project risks. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced working knowledge with project management software and Microsoft Office required.
- At least three years of experience managing full life cycle projects desired.
- Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent advanced training in project management preferred.

Qualifications - Five (5) years of experience in a related occupation performing each of the following: - Configuring and testing Dynamics AX or D365 F&O for a global company around Procurement, Inventory & Manufacturing modules. - Using waterfall and iterative project management methodologies. - Planning and execution of data conversion and integration processes as part of an ERP deployment. - Working with ERP systems and their underlying architecture including operational modules. - Requires 2 years of experience with full life cycle project management implementing D365 Finance & Operations in a multinational company.
