• Operate IT and enterprise systems with minimal executive oversight, while maintaining CFO-level rigor and risk awareness • Establish a clear, modern internal technology and AI strategy aligned with LaunchDarkly’s growth ambitions • Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable systems that executives and employees trust • Drive step-change improvements in automation, productivity, and cost efficiency through AI and simplification • Position IT as a proactive strategic partner—not a bottleneck or reactive support function • Build a scalable IT operating model appropriate for a $200M–$400M+ ARR SaaS company • Own and evolve LaunchDarkly’s internal technology roadmap, enterprise architecture, and systems strategy • Lead principled build vs. buy decisions with a long-term, AI-aware perspective • Modernize legacy tools, workflows, and integrations to reduce complexity and technical debt • Ensure architectural decisions scale with company growth and increasing operational sophistication • Own day-to-day IT operations, service management, and employee technology experience • Ensure high availability and reliability of business-critical systems • Partner closely with Security on identity & access management, controls, compliance, and incident response • Establish strong business continuity and disaster recovery practices appropriate for a scaling SaaS company • Oversee the health, configuration, and integration of core enterprise systems across Finance, HR, GTM, and collaboration platforms • Ensure data flows cleanly, securely, and reliably across systems • Partner with Finance, Data Engineering, and Analytics to strengthen data governance and system-level integrity • Reduce duplication, manual reconciliation, and brittle point-to-point integrations • Serve as the executive owner of LaunchDarkly’s internal AI strategy and execution roadmap • Identify and deliver high-impact AI use cases (agents, automation, workflow acceleration, decision support) • Drive measurable reductions in manual work, cycle time, and operational cost • Balance AI-driven innovation with appropriate governance, risk management, and controls • Maintain a forward-looking perspective on how AI is reshaping enterprise software and operating models • Act as a trusted technology partner to Finance, GTM, Product, Engineering, People, and Security • Translate business needs into scalable, well-architected solutions • Enable faster decision-making and execution through thoughtful systems design • Drive alignment and outcomes through credibility, influence, and strong execution • Lead and develop a high-performing IT organization • Establish clear ownership, accountability, and operating rhythms • Define and track metrics that measure IT’s impact on reliability, cost, speed, and productivity • Build a culture that balances service excellence with transformation mindset

• Provide leadership and strategic guidance on the management of large-scale HPC systems including the deployment of compute, networking, and storage. • Develop and improve our ecosystem around GPU-accelerated computing including developing scalable automation solutions • Build and maintain AI and ML heterogeneous clusters on-premises and in the cloud • Create and cultivate customer and cross-team relationships to reliably sustain the clusters and meet user evolving user needs • Support our researchers to run their workloads including performance analysis and optimizations • Conduct root cause analysis and suggest corrective action • Proactively find and fix issues before they occur

• Collaborate closely with our AI/ML researchers to make their ML models more efficient leading to significant productivity improvements and cost savings • Build tools, frameworks, and apply ML techniques to detect & analyze efficiency bottlenecks and deliver productivity improvements for our researchers • Work with researchers working on a variety of innovative ML workloads across Robotics, Autonomous vehicles, LLM’s, Videos and more • Collaborate across the engineering organizations to deliver efficiency in our usage of hardware, software, and infrastructure • Proactively monitor fleet wide utilization patterns, analyze existing inefficiency patterns, or discover new patterns, and deliver scalable solutions to solve them • Keep up to date with the most recent developments in AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and successful strategies, and advocate for their integration within the organization.

• Research and test the latest AI models and tools for video generation • Generate video ads and promotional content using AI tools and resources • Edit and combine AI-generated and traditional video, audio, text, and animations into production-ready content • Manage the end-to-end AI video creation process across multiple brands • Build and refine repeatable workflows for efficient AI-driven production
