Role Description Eaton’s Power Components Division (PCD) is currently seeking a Connected Integration Engineer to join the team. This role requires up to 20% travel and can be remote within the United States or hybrid based at our facility in Moon Township, PA. The Connected Integration Engineer provides pre and post sales technical support for power and energy meters, protective relays, power distribution monitoring and control software, and related communication products. The role serves as a technical resource for customers and Electrical Group personnel by: - Resolving moderately to highly complex technical issues. - Supporting installation, configuration, and data acquisition needs. - Delivering effective technical explanations, demonstrations, and training. Partnering with customers, field engineers, and internal engineering and marketing teams, this role will drive: - Technical validation. - Product adoption. - Incremental revenue growth across targeted markets. The Connected Integration Engineer will provide technical consultation and subject matter expertise, delivering on-site customer and end user presentations to secure approval of Eaton solutions, and feeding technical insights back to internal teams to support product enhancement and expanded account penetration. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial IoT (IIoT) Engineer to design and build connected, data-driven industrial systems spanning the factory floor to enterprise cloud platforms.
