WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE - Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, inventory planning, operations planning, analytics, or a related field. - Experience supporting cross-functional planning processes and working with large data sets to generate business insights. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations. - Experience supporting promotions, innovation, or limited program planning is preferred. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python or similar analytical and visualization tools preferred. - Experience with ERP or planning systems such as Oracle/Demantra, SAP, JDA, Logility, or similar systems is a plus. PAY TRANSPARENCY A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $85,000.00-$122,500.00.
