Implementation Consultant – SAP B1, Protheus, NetSuite
ROIT
• Responsible for implementing ROIT solutions for clients, acting as the primary technical and operational point of contact throughout the project lifecycle; • Develop and configure business rules and workflows according to each client's processes and requirements; • Map the client's current process (AS IS) and design the future model (TO BE), identifying opportunities for tax, accounting, and financial optimization; • Configure, validate, and sign off on ROIT solutions integrated with clients' ERPs (SAP B1, Protheus, and NetSuite); • Ensure the solution's alignment with the client's processes, guaranteeing tax compliance and operational efficiency from go-live; • Manage project tasks, schedules, and deliverables, keeping the client and internal team aligned on scope, timelines, and dependencies; • Lead alignment, status, and validation meetings with the client throughout all implementation phases; • Serve as the liaison between the client and ROIT technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, smooth deliveries, and high satisfaction throughout the project.
Job Requirements
- Experience implementing tax or financial solutions in major ERPs (SAP B1, Protheus, or NetSuite);
- Solid knowledge of fiscal, accounting, and financial inbound processes: Purchasing, Orders, Measurement, Receiving, and document entry (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e);
- Experience with APIs and databases;
- Knowledge of JavaScript;
- Ability to map, analyze, and redesign processes (AS IS / TO BE);
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing issues and proposing practical solutions;
- Clear and concise communication skills for conducting client meetings and aligning internal teams;
- Organizational skills and control to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
