Accounting Assistant – SAP B1
ROIT
• Perform accounting entries and account classifications; • Post expense entries for transactions without invoices; • Support posting of various revenue entries, including financial income; • Post payroll-related accounting entries; • Record accounting entries for tax payments/guides; • Support bank reconciliation processes; • Reconcile customer and supplier (vendor) accounts; • Assist with controls and reconciliations of recoverable and payable taxes; • Assist with intercompany routines; • Support fixed asset control and depreciation; • Ensure organization and up-to-date accounting records and departmental documents.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting (undergraduate student);
- Knowledge of accounting routines/practices;
- Mandatory knowledge of SAP Business One;
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
