Manager, IPP&C Earned Value Analyst

• Ensure compliance with all required corporate, department, and government policies/regulations • Perform EVMS Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs) and support Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs) • Interact with programs and DCMA in support of JSRs and any Corrective Action Requests (CAR) • Understand EVM training gaps and provide solutions • Attend program meetings and evaluate EVM data to nurture understanding • Encourage standard processes and resources across programs • Assist in the deployment of EVM processes • Participate and help cultivate solutions for company initiatives • Support the development and maintenance of the EV System • Train & influence/nurture program team members to develop EVM maturity and improve processes • Partner with Program teams to meet and manage EVM requirements • Ability to travel up to 10% occasionally to support on-site EVM/Surveillance topics
Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in applications of EVMS
- Experience in Program Controls and/or Analysis
- Experience with internal and/or external EVMS Surveillance (ISA / JSA)
- Knowledge of Government EVM reporting & compliance
- Experience in Training and Process Improvement
- Experience with EVM resources (i.e. SAP, Cobra, forProject)
- Advanced Excel skills

Resolution Analyst – Denials

• Review, evaluate, appeal, and follow up on outstanding, denied, underpaid, and other assigned claims using EnableComp’s proprietary software, systems and tools. • Use payment documentation provided by payers and medical provider contract information to determine the correct reimbursement. • Efficiently review hospital contracts to identify and collect cash payments from insurance companies, ensuring prompt payments of denied and underpaid claims. • Research, request, and acquire all pertinent medical records and supporting documentation to create and submit complex underpayment appeals to the appropriate payer, ensuring accurate and timely claim reimbursement. • Conduct timely and thorough telephone follow-up with payers to ensure claims with supporting documentation have been received and facilitate resolution of outstanding receivables. • Ensures smooth operations and improves customer satisfaction. • Other duties as required.
