• Manage contract intake, triage, and tracking across jurisdictions; enforce SLAs and maintain intake workflows. • Draft, redline, and assemble NDAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and standard commercial documents using templates and playbooks. • Maintain the contract repository/CLM (naming, metadata, version control), run searches, pull contract summaries and obligation logs. • Prepare contract closing packets, signature routing, and post-execution uploads. • Support privacy workflows, including managing the end-to-end DSAR process, updating data inventory maps, and tracking vendor data processing agreements (DPAs). • Assist with privacy-related documentation and evidence for audits and regulator interactions as directed. • Prepare and maintain employment documents, offer letters, termination checklists, and HR legal templates for use by People Operations, with guidance from counsel. • Assist on onboarding/offboarding checklists and employment documentation tracking. • Provide ongoing litigation and claims support: coordinate document collection and e-discovery with outside counsel. • Assemble litigation packets, maintain case timelines and trackers, coordinate with outside counsel, and monitor deadlines and filings. • Support pre-litigation intake, fact-gathering, and correspondence management. • Execute ad-hoc research tasks across key legal domains (including product compliance, data privacy, and global employment) to assist counsel with strategic decision-making. • Build and maintain playbooks, templates, checklists, and SOPs. • Maintain outside-counsel panels, manage matter intake, and assist with outside counsel billing and invoicing workflows. • Produce legal operational metrics and dashboards (contract volume, turnaround time, outside counsel spend).
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm supporting corporate/commercial, privacy, or litigation matters; mid-to-senior level (typical range 4–7+ years).
- Paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management tools (e.g., CLM tools), Google Workspace; familiarity with e-discovery tools and privacy workflows preferred.
- Excellent drafting, proofreading, and document-assembly skills; high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage asynchronous workflows across global time zones (U.S., U.K., India).
- Strong communication and project-management skills; ability to handle competing priorities and maintain SLAs.
- Proactive, business-minded, and hands-on—with a bias toward execution and clarity.
