VP, Commercial Enablement
Vatica Health
• Designs, develops, and maintains a comprehensive commercial training infrastructure that supports Commercial growth teams, including sales and account executives, and implementation leaders • Establishes a structured, repeatable growth training approach that can be leveraged by others across the organization • Develops and curates training content focused on company offerings, new capabilities, and core selling skills as well as market dynamics, messaging and positioning • Facilitates and supports onboarding and ongoing learning forums for growth team members • Identifies areas for training improvement and partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure enablement content remains accurate, relevant, and current • Defines success metrics and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs, connecting enablement efforts to sales performance, growth outcomes, and client satisfaction • Owns the strategy, planning, and execution of industry events and conferences as a core growth and market presence lever • Defines event objectives, target audiences, key messages, and success measures aligned with organizational growth goals • Leads event content development, such as speaker presentations and event materials, aligned to key organization market messages and brand positioning • Advances structured processes to prepare event attendees to maximize engagement, prospecting, and relationship-building opportunities • Establishes post-event follow-up processes to capture insights, measure outcomes, and drive actions tied to sales growth, client satisfaction, and retention • Supports marketing initiatives, acting as an extension and close working partner of the Marketing team • Serves as a trusted partner to Growth, Marketing, Product, and Implementation leaders, translating business priorities into actionable enablement and event strategies • Builds strong, collaborative relationships across matrixed teams to ensure alignment and execution • Applies data, feedback, and market insight to continuously improve training programs, event strategy, and overall commercial effectiveness • Drives disciplined planning, clear communication, and consistent execution across all enablement and event initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required for the position
- 10+ years of healthcare industry experience, including experiences with a health plan or health care delivery organizations
- 5+ years experience in growth enablement, training or event planning
- 5+ years experience in supporting go-to-market strategies and sales content development
- Proven ability to build influential relationships with growth teams as a trusted partner
- Track record of building consultative relationships with internal executive level leaders and stakeholders across matrix departments, with demonstrated success in leading toward successful consensus
- Demonstrated success in building and rolling out new organization processes and growth enablement content
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, including well-developed interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated self-starter with strong planning, organization, analytics and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for events and internal meetings
- Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, MHA) preferred
- Recent direct experience with Risk Adjustment and Quality
