• Reporting directly to the Engineering Director, this position will participate in technical workgroups and function as a technical expert. • Assist in resolving complex and high-risk issues. • Support the research, analysis, design, creation, and implementation of infrastructure systems to meet current and future user requirements. • Work with service, integrator, and cloud service providers to modify and maintain existing systems to address changes in business processes. • Carry out tasks to ensure service providers and integrators achieve contracted service delivery outcomes. • Maintain efficient and optimal networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), the internet, intranets, and other data communications systems. • Use approved AI-enabled tools and automation practices to support modern IT operations, including responsible AI usage for troubleshooting, incident analysis, log review, documentation, root cause analysis, knowledge base development, service improvement, and operational decision support while following CHN security, privacy, compliance, and data-handling requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience
