Pedagogical Advisor

• Plan and implement pedagogical actions aligned with the PNLD. • Conduct educational assessments and analyze data to improve processes. • Prepare detailed reports on performance and the outcomes of actions. • Apply effective didactic approaches and educational methodologies. • Interpret and implement current public education policies. • Manage educational projects and provide training for involved teams. • Use digital tools to optimize pedagogical processes. • Promote effective communication and collaborative teamwork with the team.
Job Requirements
- Immediate availability for a fixed-term contract.
- Bachelor’s degree in Teaching (Licenciatura) in any subject area.
- Proven classroom experience and solid teaching practice.
- Prior experience providing advisory services within the public school network.
- Deep knowledge of the BNCC and experience applying Active Methodologies.
- Valid driver’s license (CNH) and full availability to travel.
