• Serve as the technical reference for Billing, ensuring the quality and consistency of solutions; • Provide technical leadership for the area, supporting decision-making and problem resolution; • Ensure proper validation of technical evidence before integrated testing and production; • Monitor deployments and post-go-live stabilization; • Identify risks and propose mitigation plans; • Promote development best practices and technical governance; • Ensure alignment between IT and business stakeholders; • Support architecture reviews and technical solution design; • Manage quality assurance and validation of technical deliverables.
Job Requirements
- Solid experience with Billing systems and processes;
- Experience in Telecom and in implementation/post-implementation projects;
- Experience with system integrations and end-to-end processes;
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, incident management, and production stability;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems;
- Knowledge of technical governance and standards definition;
- Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management;
