Role Description Full Stack Engineer to assist with designing and developing of all aspects of a data-centric processing solution as part of a cross-functional development team. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and UX teams to define technical deliverables that align with business objectives and customer needs. • Participate in architecture and design discussions across the full stack, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. • Evaluate and recommend modern frameworks, tools, and technologies to improve development velocity and system performance. • Adhere to coding standards, reusable components, and engineering best practices. • Provide technical estimation, risk assessment, and delivery planning support for initiatives. • Develop, and maintain full stack applications including responsive UIs, APIs, services, and databases. • Translate functional and technical designs into high-quality, maintainable, and testable code. • Build and integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and third-party integrations. • Ensure seamless integration between front-end, services, and data platforms. • Lead complex feature development and critical technical implementations. • Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure reliability and quality. • Conduct code reviews, technical walkthroughs, and enforce engineering standards. • Participate in Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots to evaluate new tools and approaches. • Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. • Migrate high-risk or complex solutions into production environments. • Ensure application security, performance optimization, and data integrity best practices. • Maintain clear documentation technical processes for Runbook creation and KT sessions to Support Teams. • Enhance and support existing applications, services, and integrations. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the full stack. • Analyze system performance and implement improvements to reliability, scalability, and efficiency. • Collaborate with DevOps and support teams on monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management. • Document technical issues, root causes, and resolutions for knowledge sharing. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical coaching. • Work independently with minimal oversight while managing competing priorities. • Assist in training and supporting end-users and stakeholders. • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager. • Consistent and reliable attendance is considered an essential function of this role.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack application features and enhancements • Conduct detailed audits of existing systems and provide actionable remediation recommendations • Lead development of new application modules from architecture through deployment • Diagnose and resolve complex platform defects, performance bottlenecks, and deployment issues • Maintain and extend AWS-based infrastructure and services including Cognito, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, ECS, and related workflows • Design and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js • Build and maintain accessible, responsive UI components aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards • Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests using Playwright, Jest, or Mocha • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, architecture discussions, and code reviews • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and environment configuration documentation • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, DevOps, PMs, and stakeholders • Identify technical risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies • Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers • Support technical onboarding, vendor transition, and platform modernization initiatives • Contribute to technical strategy, architecture evolution, and engineering best practices.

• Design, build, and enhance enterprise application components supporting solution delivery, including initial delivery tranches and follow-on iterations. • Engineer solutions using an AI first mindset, incorporating AI enabled workflows and automation as part of the core delivery approach where it adds value and is supportable long term by IT. • Implement and optimize integration patterns and mass API workflows to connect systems and orchestrate end-to-end processing. • Lead development of data architecture, database design, and data structuring approaches to support scalable solutions. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery partners in a cross functional, FDE model to move solutions from concept to production-ready delivery. • Provide hands-on support as well as mentoring the junior developer(s) as needed. • Partner with adjacent teams to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise platforms, including emerging AI enabled capabilities. • Apply enterprise standards and controls (e.g., security, access, change/release, testing standards), including additional controls for systems subject to ITGC/SOX where applicable.
