Role Description Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and digital innovation solutions, is looking for a GIS / LiDAR Specialist to join our team for a long-term project related to LiDAR data processing and infrastructure analysis. In this role, you will work with point cloud data, identify telecom and utility infrastructure objects, extract required attributes, and prepare structured deliverables according to project and client requirements. We are looking for specialists with practical experience in LiDAR / point cloud processing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within structured production workflows. - Process LiDAR data according to project instructions - Identify telecom / utility poles and related infrastructure objects - Measure required heights and attributes from point cloud data - Prepare output datasets in the required client format - Ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of processed records - Perform self-QC before task submission - Correct issues identified during QA review - Report progress and blockers to Team Lead / Project Manager - Escalate unclear cases, missing data, or documentation gaps Qualifications - 6+ months of practical experience working with LiDAR data / point clouds - Understanding of 3D spatial data interpretation: - elevation - surfaces - vertical structures - infrastructure objects - Ability to visually analyze point cloud datasets - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work according to detailed production instructions - Basic GIS knowledge: - layers - coordinates - attributes - spatial objects - Good computer literacy - Experience working with structured data in Excel or similar tools Requirements - Telecom / utility poles experience - Overhead lines, conductors, pole attachments understanding - Experience with TerraScan / TerraSolid / Bentley Microstation - GIS-related education - Experience with: - LiDAR classification - feature extraction - DTM / DSM workflows - QA/QC experience for GIS or LiDAR deliverables

Role Description Provides corporate housing assistance to relocating employees and external prospects, using a network of housing providers and inventory units, manages the customer experience, with maintenance requests, extensions, and explanation of the corporate housing process and expectations. Establish direct communication with the relocation counselor for exceptions to the relocation policy in addition to keeping the counselor informed on the stages of the transferee’s progress on securing housing. - Provide ongoing customer service on existing reservations, including resolving maintenance issues and obtaining proper approvals from the client for direct bill or billing info from the transferee. Responsible for scheduling the move-out consultation and supporting with pre-departure questions. - Establish contact with the transferee and determine or re-confirm transferee’s temporary housing needs. Provide policy counseling if required by the client. Set expectations with transferee on the corporate housing process. - Conveys needs/desires to Account Manager in order to ensure that the housing options meet the EE’s housing criteria. Maintains close communication during the housing selection process to ensure that questions/concerns are responded to in a timely manner and options are not lost due to slow communications. Effectively manage escalations and minimize financial risk to the company, while ensuring client satisfaction. - Work with the expense management/billing to ensure billing accuracy and thorough file audits post-arrival and post-departure. Support with monthly utility audit function. - Other duties as assigned: Cross-training the Corporate Housing Coordinators, oversee Client projects as needed, act as primary client contact. Manage the collection of client-paid rent/fees. Running various reports upon request. Supporting with special audits at Account Manager’s discretion.
