Auto P&C Claims Subject Matter Expert – AI SaaS

EvolutionIQ

• Critically assess the accuracy, relevance, completeness, and practical utility of AI-generated summaries • Actively use and evaluate pre-release versions of the product • Accurately and consistently label medical information within insurance claims data • Edit LLM prompts leveraging claims-handling expertise • Provide detailed feedback on product integration into daily claims management workflows • Offer constructive criticism on product's user interface and overall user experience

Job Requirements

  • Ideally 5+ years of recent, hands-on experience as a Disability Examiner, Worker’s Compensation Adjuster, or an Auto Casualty Adjuster
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new software applications
  • Exceptional ability to review complex documentation and critically evaluate information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
