Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Four or more years of customer service experience
- Problem-solving skills, strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow oral and written directions
- Ability to multitask
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as well as federal government suitability background check.
- Preferred: Call center, strong customer service and sales experience, bilingual (Spanish oral and written fluency) strongly preferred

Under the leadership of the Enterprise Contact Center Team, the Patient Engagement Specialist role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while scheduling patients.
