• Build and grow a Chinese-speaking Web3 community, driving community engagement, participation, retention, and long-term ecosystem growth through active community operations, user interaction, and community atmosphere building. • Develop and execute community growth strategies, improving activity levels, participation quality, and user retention through structured campaigns, engagement loops, and iterative optimization. • Manage daily operations of social media and community channels, including content publishing, interaction responses, trending topic participation, and overall communication rhythm control. • Monitor Web3, Crypto, blockchain, and social media trends, and continuously adjust operational and content strategies to maintain relevance and competitiveness in a fast-moving industry. • Plan and execute online and offline community events, including AMAs, roundtables, livestreams, community challenges, and interactive campaigns—ensuring events are engaging, participatory, and highly shareable, not just procedural. • Create, edit, and manage community content and editorial calendars, ensuring content is high-quality, relevant, and engaging, with strong “internet-native” appeal that encourages discussion and sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Computer Science, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Web3 community operations, content operations, social media management, livestream operations, or creator/community growth roles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across users, KOLs, partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin is required to support collaboration with Chinese and global stakeholders.
