Role Description Intetics Inc. is looking for a SAP ABAP HCM Developer to join its innovative team. - Perform high-level ABAP and ABAP OO programming within the SAP HCM environment. - Create and adapt customer-specific infotypes, database tables, and specialized functional modules. - Develop complex reports for staffing plan print editions, budget evaluations, and staffing overviews. - Ensure efficient processing and optimization of large data sets within the HCM module. - Customize and extend tools for mass organizational changes, such as department mergers and large-scale reorganizations. - Execute unit tests, perform code reviews, and maintain comprehensive technical developer documentation. A Senior SAP Expert with a specific focus on the German Public Sector. This candidate bridges the gap between technical SAP configuration and German budgetary law. They are capable of transforming complex legal regulations (such as police or teacher staffing quotas) into functional system logic. The ideal candidate is an architect-level consultant who is self-reliant in design decisions and possesses the communication skills to navigate long-term, large-scale public authority projects. Qualifications - Sound ABAP and ABAP OO development knowledge. - Technical experience with SAP HCM infotype structures and the OM object model. - Proven experience in the development of customer-specific infotypes in the HCM context. - Ability to create complex reports and perform performance optimization for large data sets. - Experience in preparing technical developer documentation and performing code reviews. - Fluent German (Native). Requirements - Basic knowledge of SAP job management (PA-PM) and organizational management (OM). - Experience in public digitization projects. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM.
