• Gerenciar o pipeline de expansão, mantendo o CRM organizado e atualizado; • Realizar demonstrações do produto, com foco em simplificar a complexidade e mostrar exatamente como beneficiará o cliente; • Conduzir a negociação de valores, contornar objeções e acompanhar o cliente até o fechamento da venda; • Atuar de forma clara para construir a confiança na tecnologia, desmistificando o produto e garantindo que o cliente entenda o que esperar dele (e o que ele não faz).
Job Requirements
- Experiência prévia de pelo menos 2 anos na função de vendas em Customer Success (nível pleno), preferencialmente em empresas de tecnologia;
- Bons conhecimentos e bastante familiaridade com produtos e soluções que têm Inteligência Artificial embarcada;
- Domínio em negociações, conectando as funcionalidades do produto aos benefícios e entregas de valor ao cliente;
- Comunicação de Valor Imediato: capacidade de ir direto ao ponto, traduzindo rapidamente os benefícios para a rotina do cliente;
- Energia e Ritmo: Demonstra o ritmo necessário para gerenciar um alto volume de interações e um ciclo de vendas mais curto. Agilidade na resposta e no acompanhamento.
- Conhecimento no Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Planilhas, etc.);
- Familiaridade com tecnologia e soluções digitais;
- Vivência com gestão de funil de vendas em CRMs como Pipedrive e similares;
- Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados e melhorar processos;
- Organização e boa gestão do tempo;
- Capacidade de negociação, mostrando o valor das soluções e custo-benefício;
- Colaboração e senso de equipe, compartilhando insights de mercado e feedbacks dos clientes com as áreas de CSX, Vendas, Produto e Marketing.
- Vivência em operações de vendas dentro de estrutura de CS e/ou CSX, especialmente em empresas de tecnologia;
- Experiência prévia com venda ou implementação de Chatbots, Voicebots, ferramentas de automação de WhatsApp (ex: Blip, ManyChat, Zenvia) ou ferramentas de IA generativa.
