Contracts Manager
HST Pathways
• Handle a wide variety of contract templates across the full contract lifecycle: from tender development through project execution and closeout • Review, revise, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, SOWs, NDAs, etc. • Help the legal team scale to support the Company’s growth by implementing systems, automation, processes, and procedures to support the contracting function • Manage our automated contracts management system, Ironclad, to ensure proper approvals are received • Manage and update our library of templates, clauses, and other relevant information • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders in connection with all of the foregoing • Assist with other general administrative and legal projects as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, JD a plus
- 2+ years of relevant professional legal experience, including prior in-house or contract experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload and competing priorities
- Experience with contract management system: bonus points for Ironclad experience
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Experience and knowledge of best practices for legal department organization and contract management
- Ability to provide high-quality product in a timely manner with minimal errors

Role Description The Sr. Manager, Procurement leads strategic sourcing, contracting, and purchasing execution for multiple bakery manufacturing facilities, serving as the key link between global procurement strategy and plant-level execution in enterprise systems (e.g., SAP). This role owns the end-to-end contract-to-execution operating model for direct materials (ingredients and packaging) and selected indirect categories. - Own the link between global procurement strategy and bakery execution. - Lead the contract-to-execution lifecycle for direct materials. - Partner with Corporate/Global Procurement to shape and deploy contracting strategies. - Establish and enforce procurement process controls and standard work across bakeries. - Provide multi-site people leadership. - Complete replenishment reviews for ingredients and packaging. - Execute release orders to approved suppliers based on purchasing contracts. - Serve as the escalation point and key contact between bakeries and suppliers. - Lead root cause analysis for material-related inefficiencies and service failures. - Drive supplier performance management, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs). - Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for ingredients and raw materials. - Monitor commodity and supplier cost drivers. - Using statistical analysis, partner cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues. - Execute purchase orders in SAP and track confirmations. - Utilizing forecast planning documents, lead packaging and ingredient transitions. - Collaborate closely with various departments to align plans and manage risk. - Track and expedite incoming orders as needed. - Oversee weekly cycle counts/physical inventory processes for raw materials and finished goods.
