Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 3+ years of experience practicing law, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and healthcare or life sciences matters
  • Demonstrated experience advising on HIPAA, PHI handling, and healthcare privacy compliance
  • Strong understanding of contract structure, legal terminology, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a part-time (20 hours per week) capacity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
