Role Description Buscamos un/a Virtual Assistant con perfil comercial para un equipo de outbound dentro del sector de appraisal management / real estate / mortgage en Estados Unidos. El foco del rol es contactar brokers y lenders a nivel nacional, generar relaciones y abrir oportunidades de negocio. Si tenés experiencia en cold calling dentro del sector inmobiliario o mortgage, hablás inglés con acento neutro y te gusta el trabajo comercial desde el primer contacto, este rol es para vos. ¿Qué vas a hacer? - Realizar llamadas outbound a brokers y lenders a nivel nacional en EE.UU. - Presentar los servicios del área y generar interés comercial genuino. - Construir y mantener una base de contactos organizada. - Registrar el avance del pipeline en Google Sheets o CRM. - Enviar reportes periódicos al equipo interno. - Coordinar seguimientos y próximos pasos con el equipo. Qualifications - Experiencia previa en real estate o mortgage (indispensable). - Track record comprobable en cold calling y outreach comercial B2B. - Bilingüe inglés/español, con inglés de acento neutro y comunicación verbal sólida. - Manejo de Google Sheets y/o CRM (deseable). - Perfil autónomo, organizado y proactivo. Requirements - Experiencia directa trabajando con brokers, lenders o empresas del sector mortgage/inmobiliario. - Familiaridad con procesos de prospección comercial. - Capacidad para gestionar tu propio flujo de trabajo sin supervisión constante. Role Description The Director of Business Development, Contingency Federal Operations is a senior business development leader responsible for driving capture, pipeline development, and revenue growth across contingency operations, disaster response, humanitarian assistance, and facility support markets for three Choctaw Global subsidiary companies: Choctaw Premier Services (CPS), Choctaw Defense Services (CDS), and the future Choctaw Logistics Solutions (CLS).
