Role Description Upswing is seeking an experienced remote instructor to deliver a live, interactive workshop series designed to help students prepare for the TEAS and HESI entrance exams. The ideal candidate has strong content expertise in nursing entrance exam preparation and can engage students in a virtual classroom environment through structured, high-impact sessions. This instructor will lead a series of six live workshops via Zoom, helping students build confidence in core exam areas including reading, math, science, and English/language usage. Workshops should be interactive and student-centered, incorporating practice questions, strategy coaching, and opportunities for live Q&A. Total compensation is $600 - $1,200 for designing and presenting six workshops + some email communication with Upswing Tutor Management. Workshop Schedule: Wednesdays at 6:00 PM CST - 7:00 PM CST Series Dates: - September 2, 2026 - September 9, 2026 - September 16, 2026 - September 23, 2026 - September 30, 2026 - October 7, 2026 Key Responsibilities - Design and facilitate six live online workshops for students preparing for TEAS and/or HESI exams - Deliver engaging instruction covering key exam subjects, including: - Reading comprehension - Mathematics - Science (biology, anatomy & physiology, chemistry) - Grammar and language usage - Test-taking strategies - Create an interactive virtual learning experience using polls, multiple choice questions, chat, breakout activities, and guided practice - Adapt instruction to meet varying student skill levels - Provide students with actionable study strategies and exam preparation techniques - Share supplemental practice resources or study recommendations as appropriate - Collaborate with program staff on workshop scheduling, curriculum alignment, and student engagement goals - Track attendance and provide brief post-session summaries when requested Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in education, nursing, health sciences, or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.5. - 3+ years of prior teaching, tutoring, or workshop facilitation experience for TEAS and/or HESI preparation - Demonstrated expertise in nursing school entrance exams - Experience teaching in a remote environment using Zoom - Strong presentation and group facilitation skills - Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to adult and college-level learners - Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree in a related field - Experience working with college students, adult learners, or academic support programs - Familiarity with standardized test prep curriculum development - Previous experience leading multi-session online workshops - Nursing, pre-health, or allied health academic background Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a dynamic educator who can make exam prep approachable and motivating. They are comfortable presenting to groups online, encouraging participation, and breaking down difficult concepts into practical strategies students can immediately apply.

• Support the team in analyzing large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights • Partner with business stakeholders to help answer strategic questions using data • Contribute to the development, improvement, and monitoring of credit risk models used for underwriting and portfolio management • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams monitor key metrics • Be an advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization

• Own performance reporting for our revenue teams by building and maintaining dashboards that surface funnel health, conversion trends, and rep-level performance. • Translate business questions into clear analytical frameworks that inform decisions across the revenue org. • Maintain and QA reporting logic, ensuring consistency and reliability across data sources. • Serve as a source of truth for key definitions, metrics, and methodologies across the revenue org. • Support CRM reporting and data integrity workflows. • Document definitions, methodology, and logic so teams can self-serve with confidence. • Learn existing analytics systems end-to-end and take progressive ownership over time, and identify opportunities to improve current models, reports, and processes. • Partner with stakeholders across revenue teams to understand their needs before building.

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and super user for the UKG platform and related HR systems • Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and integrations in partnership with IT/IS teams • Analyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, improve reporting, and support strategic decision-making • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for HR and operational leadership • Educate and support leaders on HRIS functionality, reporting tools, and data interpretation • Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and process inefficiencies • Assist with system configuration, testing, and process documentation • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across HR systems • Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency
