Data & Analytics Manager

Forum One

• Lead discovery engagements to define business objectives, KPIs, and measurement frameworks aligned to organizational goals • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences • Develop analytics strategies that connect digital performance to mission outcomes • Advise clients on evolving trends in analytics, including AI visibility, AI-driven search behavior, privacy changes, and modern measurement approaches • Lead implementation and configuration of analytics platforms, including GA4, GTM, SEO, and AI visibility tools, and CRM systems • Design and document data flows across platforms and systems • Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across implementations • Build dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau • Build client data literacy through practical guidance, training, and best practices • Partner with project teams to deliver high-quality analytics work and strong client outcomes • Support analytics scoping, estimation, proposals, and client presentations • Manage and mentor a small team of analysts • Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development support • Help balance workloads across multiple client engagements • Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented team environment

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital analytics, data strategy, or marketing analytics
  • Experience in a consulting, agency, or professional services environment
  • Experience supporting nonprofit and/or public sector clients
  • Strong client management, communication, and consulting skills
  • Experience leading analytics workstreams across multiple projects
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Tableau, and related analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with AI visibility and emerging analytics trends preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • U.S. citizen or legal resident able to work domestically
  • Ability to attain a low-level security clearance
