• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and super user for the UKG platform and related HR systems • Support HRIS implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and integrations in partnership with IT/IS teams • Analyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, improve reporting, and support strategic decision-making • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for HR and operational leadership • Educate and support leaders on HRIS functionality, reporting tools, and data interpretation • Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and process inefficiencies • Assist with system configuration, testing, and process documentation • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across HR systems • Recommend process improvements and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency

• Review inpatient medical records to validate accurate DRG assignment and coding compliance • Analyze patient charts to identify discrepancies in coding or clinical documentation • Ensure coding accuracy according to CMS regulations and industry coding guidelines • Conduct second-level reviews of DRGs, discharge dispositions, and Present on Admission (POA) indicators prior to billing • Collaborate with coding teams and clinical staff to resolve documentation and coding questions • Participate in coding audits and quality improvement initiatives • Research and respond to coding or documentation denials related to DRG assignments • Provide guidance and education to coding staff regarding documentation and coding best practices • Support regulatory compliance and internal audit activities
