Role Description Spring11 is seeking highly motivated, investigative research assistant to join our growing Borrower Credit Team. This role is responsible for aiding a lead researcher in creating detailed investigative reports to be used in commercial real estate loan transactions to ensure that financial, regulatory, and reputational risks are mitigated. - Using a variety of open public records sources and proprietary data. - Assisting in completing full investigative due diligence reports. - Working on multiple transactions with hard deadlines while creating their own schedule. Qualifications - Highly motivated and investigative mindset. Requirements - Ability to work on multiple transactions with hard deadlines. - Capability to create a flexible schedule.
