• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using PHP (8.x) and modern frameworks (Laravel or Symfony). • Architect robust, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with fintech standards. • Build and maintain REST APIs, ensuring proper versioning and backward compatibility. • Optimize database performance (MySQL/MariaDB), including query tuning, schema design, and migrations. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker). • Ensure code quality through testing strategies (unit, integration, feature tests) and code reviews. • Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture in everyday development. • Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations. • Enforce security best practices (OWASP, secure authentication flows, data protection, GDPR compliance). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical guidance. • Contribute to technical decision-making, challenge requirements constructively, and promote best practices.
