Role Description To strengthen how our clients communicate and collaborate, we developed EverTeam—a next‑generation, cloud‑based internal collaboration and monitoring platform. EverTeam allows customer care agents and team leads to train, work, and communicate seamlessly within one unified system. To continue building reliable, highly scalable, and secure solutions that meet evolving customer needs, the EverTeam squad is seeking a Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in Node.js and AWS. - Write reusable, effective, and scalable code, preferably in JavaScript, but not limited to it - Maintain and improve our backend systems that orchestrate various parts of the product - Create out-of-the-box solutions to help resolve scaling challenges Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Node.js and AWS services - Fluent English, spoken and written - Familiar with AWS Serverless services (Lambda, Aurora, Fargate, API Gateway), MySQL/DynamoDB, Containerization (Docker + Fargate) and CloudFormation - An expert in fixing database performance issues, specifically those related to queries - Knowledge in Vue.js a plus Requirements - This is a remote role, candidate must be located and eligible to work in EMEA.
