Business Development Specialist – LSP

• Identify and understand target customers and decision-makers, tailoring your approach based on the sales landscape and industry-specific use cases • Drive pipeline growth through high-volume outreach, including cold calling, personalized emails, industry events and LinkedIn • Engage prospects, uncover their pain points, and qualify inbound and outbound leads, in collaboration with Account Executives to maximize pipeline success • Clearly articulate the value of NavVis’ industry-leading geospatial and reality capture solutions, using technically grounded, value-driven communication to address each prospect’s specific needs • Work closely with Marketing to leverage your industry insights to refine messaging and targeting • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and effective pipeline management

Job Requirements

  • You are a recent graduate or have equivalent experience in surveying, geoinformatics, civil engineering, information systems, or a related field
  • You have gained initial experience in customer-facing roles – whether in sales, business development, or customer support – and know how to connect with people
  • You approach cold calling with enthusiasm and confidence, bringing a proactive attitude focused on delivering results
  • You are tech-curious with a growth mindset, eager to learn sales skills and explore creative ways to engage clients
  • You value structure and are motivated to develop strong organizational and CRM proficiency
  • You are fluent in Polish, ensuring you can communicate persuasively with clients throughout the region
