Job Summary: In this role, you will assist with project craft employee recruitment efforts. You will assist with document preparation, employment verifications, background submittals, pre-employment processing, credential checks, verification of package completion, and reporting for document expirations. Your efforts and attention to detail will contribute to a smooth hiring process and successful project staffing. "This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership" #LI-TH1 Major Responsibilities: - Conduct proactive searches to source qualified candidates using online resources (job boards, social media platforms, professional networks). - Review resumes, and other application materials. - Conduct preliminary phone screenings. - Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates. - Travelling to events - Attend career fairs - Engaging with the public - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles. - Prepare reports and track key metrics related to sourcing and screening activities - Interacts with key Project personnel including Site Leadership, Superintendents, and Craft Professional Supervision to identify recruitment needs and conduct necessary training on Bechtel systems and processes Education and Experience Requirements: - Requires a University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience. Required Knowledge and Skills: - Experience in recruitment, using databases, online tools, Microsoft tools, and knowledge of recruitment systems. - Key factors: experience in recruitment preferred, customer service preference, bilingual preference, and good communication skills. Preferred: - One year of experience in craft recruitment, or a related field (prior experience in sourcing is a plus). - A general understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in sourcing. - Research and analytical skills. - Experience in using online recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems. - Effective communication skills (written and verbal). - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. - Passionate about building relationships and connecting with talented individuals. - Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking (beneficial). Role Description Maine Eye is looking for a Patient Advocate to be a friendly first point of contact for all new and existing patients. Must be able to work independently and as a team from a remote setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized candidate who can work in a fast-paced position with a great team. The Patient Advocate will schedule all new patient appointments and process all new patient paperwork. This is a part-time position offering schedule flexibility, up to 29 hours per week. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet business needs and ensure exceptional patient service.
