In dieser Rolle verkaufst du sowohl Software-Lizenzen als auch hochwertige Beratungsleistungen nach der Implementierung und arbeitest mit bestehenden und neuen Software-Nutzern im DACH-Raum. Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung – vom ersten Outbound-Kontakt über Demos und Verhandlungen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. - Outbound-Leads im DACH-Raum identifizieren, recherchieren und ansprechen - Den kompletten Sales-Zyklus von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Deal verantworten - Produkt-Demos und entdeckungsbasierte Verkaufsgespräche führen - Langfristige Kundenbeziehungen pflegen und entwickeln - Kommerzielle Konditionen verhandeln und neue Geschäfte abschließen Qualifications - 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Outbound-SaaS-Sales - Nahezu muttersprachliches Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch - Nachweisbare Erfahrung im End-to-End-Deal-Management - Neugierige, beratende Denkweise und starke Zuhörfähigkeiten - Resilienz, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Drive, Ziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen Benefits - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Unternehmensführung und echte Mitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten - Hohe Autonomie, inkl.
