Role Description Esta pessoa terá como objetivo atuar de forma alinhada à visão estratégica de Negócios do Grupo Fleury, contribuindo para a construção de um ecossistema de Saúde integrado, preventivo e híbrido, tendo como principal foco o cuidado com as pessoas. Principais atividades: - Responsável por analisar e esclarecer dúvidas das equipes de atendimento interno, executivos de vendas, laboratórios conveniados e os médicos prescritores, visando a compreensão dos métodos dos exames de alta complexidade das marcas do Grupo Fleury; - Orientar laboratórios conveniados sobre métodos de análise e orientação de exames da especialidade atendida, através de contatos telefônicos e meios digitais; - Minimizar as dúvidas das equipes das lojas de atendimento sobre dúvida de cadastros e análise de pedidos de exames da especialidade atendida, através da atualização contínua do help de exames de todos os setores técnicos e de esclarecimentos por telefone; - Suportar a equipe de assessores técnicos e executivos de vendas, através de esclarecimento de dúvidas sobre os exames de alta complexidade prestados aos laboratórios conveniados; - Analisar o fluxo de atendimento da especialidade acompanhada e propor melhorias para a experiência do cliente; - Contribuir nos projetos de melhoria contínua no atendimento dos laboratórios conveniados e cliente internos, seguindo as estratégias definidas pela empresa; - Garantir o conhecimento das equipes do Customer Service e demais clientes internos, através de treinamentos técnicos; - Suportar a gestão do conhecimento interno e externo, através da revisão e atualização de manuais, lâminas de produtos e demais materiais de divulgação em campanhas comerciais; - Apoiar na orientação ativa de pré-analítico, quando necessário; - Realizar a retificação de dados demográficos, quando solicitado por clientes L2L, de acordo com as diretrizes definidas no documento pertinente. Qualifications - Superior completo em Farmácia Bioquímica, Biomedicina ou Ciências Biológicas. - Experiência na área laboratorial; - Pacote Office – Intermediário; - Inglês – Básico; - Conhecimento em exames de análises clínicas, anatomia patológica, biologia molecular – Avançado; - Boa escuta, flexibilidade, dinamismo, proatividade, boa comunicação.
